Its published address is 1811 Silverside Road, Suite 260, Wilmington, DE; BBB flags that address as a registered agent / mail forwarding address, not the business location, and OpenCorporates lists the same address for its registered agent, Interstate Agent Services, LLC.

The terms describe them as independent medical groups and providers; the landing page also claims an in-house medical director but does not name the person.

Cancelling, refunds and the contract

What Embody’s own terms say, in their words, so you know the exit before you pay.

Cancelling

Cancel by email (support@joinem.co), phone (347) 269-4270, or the patient portal. The request must arrive at least 72 hours before the next billing date; inside that window the next charge goes through, is not refunded, and cancellation starts the cycle after. The homepage FAQ gives a looser rule (any time before the next shipment) and the landing page says month-to-month customers cancel by phone, so the policy page is the one to follow.

Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including multi-month bundles, unused months and unshipped medication. Not finishing the intake or consult does not earn a refund. The only exception is if a provider medically disqualifies you; then you get the unused portion back minus the value of consults, provider review, prescriptions, shipped medication and labs. Damaged or wrong items are replaced, not refunded.

Billing and contract

Plans are auto-renewing subscriptions charged at checkout and then automatically each cycle until you cancel; the checkout consent says the subscription renews monthly. 3, 6 and 12 month bundles are a full-term commitment with no refund for unused months. Disputes go to individual AAA arbitration in New Castle County, Delaware under Delaware law, with a class action waiver; you can opt out by writing within 30 days of agreeing. Liability is capped at $100.

Lines in Embody’s terms, FAQ or checkout that change what you pay or how long you are committed. None of them is hidden, and all of them are easy to miss.

1. The headline $69 per month semaglutide price is the 12-month prepaid rate ($828 charged up front, per the store listing). A single month is $79 (shown against a $299 'regular price'); 3 and 6 month bundles are $228 and $438. Tirzepatide is advertised at $119/month on the same basis while the one-month listing is $129.

2. You pay before the medical intake, and the payment is non-refundable even if you never finish the intake. A medical disqualification refund is only the unused portion after deducting consult and review costs.

3. The 'Price increases in' countdown on exclusive.joinem.co is not a real deadline: the page script counts down to a fixed point (8 Sep 2026, 04:00 UTC) and then restarts every 7 days (604,800,000 ms).

4. The terms and conditions publish a different price table than the live site: a 'Start' program at $99 for month one then $299/month for semaglutide, and a 'Flat' program at $199/month month-to-month down to $149/month on 12 months. These do not match the $79 and $69 prices on the store.

5. The FAQ says the price does not rise with dose, but the terms allow the final charge to vary by the prescribed medication and the pharmacy used, with support notifying you after the fact.

Shipping, what is included, insurance

Shipping

Shipping is free. The landing page says the pharmacy ships within 2 business days of approval (same day if received before 2 pm Central), next day by UPS or FedEx in a temperature controlled package, with Friday to Sunday orders shipping Monday. The terms say the company does not guarantee delivery timelines, and the medical consent treats medication as dispensed once it is signed out for shipping.

The price bundles the clinician evaluation, the compounded medication with dose adjustments, supplies (needles), shipping, free optional care coaching, and 24/7 messaging. The policy page says the bundled price is not itemized and no part of it is separately refundable.

Their claims

The intake quiz told a test profile (210 lb, goal 170 lb) it would lose 3.75 to 5 lbs per week; the site's own Florida weight-loss bill of rights warns that losing more than 1.5 to 2 lbs per week is rapid weight loss that may cause serious health problems.
