The policy
What we correct
A price, a fee, a plan term, a fact about a program, a quote that is not word for word, or a number in a statistic or report that does not match its source. If it is on the site and it is wrong, it is in scope.
How fast
We re-read the source as soon as a report reaches us, and within a week at the latest, because every seller page is re-read weekly anyway. A price is corrected in the database and on every page that shows it in one change. An edited guide loses its clinical review mark until the reviewer has read the new text.
How it shows
Corrections are logged here with the date, what was wrong and what is true. A frozen monthly report keeps its original text and carries a dated correction at the top. Nothing is changed silently.
What is not a correction
A seller changing its price. That is a price change, recorded on the change log with both reads. A correction is a number we published that was wrong when we published it.
Price wrong? Tell us
- Email hello@pricetrackerglp1.com with the program, the medication, the dose and plan length, and the page where you saw a different price.
- We read the seller’s own pricing page again. A screenshot helps; the seller’s live page decides.
- If we were wrong, the price is corrected on every page that shows it and the correction is logged below. If the seller changed its price, the move goes on the change log instead.
- Sellers can dispute too, from the same address. A seller cannot pay to change a price, a rank or a date; we partner with the programs we list and some pay us a commission, which never moves the order.

Out-of-date sweep: every failing guide citation re-read at the source
We re-read the manufacturer pages, labels, policies and studies our guides quote. No manufacturer price had moved; these facts had: the Zepbound $449 refill offer covers the single-dose vial as well as the KwikPen (we said KwikPen only); the Wegovy label now lists hair loss among reactions seen in 5% or more of patients (we said it was not a common reaction); a sentence we attributed to the Ozempic label is in the Wegovy label; Cigna moved its Wegovy and Zepbound criteria to new policy numbers on 1 Sep 2026; KFF now says the BALANCE model leaves Medicaid out-of-pocket costs at nominal amounts. Every affected guide was corrected the same day.

503B facilities: FDA's own wording, "Not yet inspected"
The statistic said these facilities had never been inspected and had no FDA inspection on record. FDA's table says "Not yet inspected", and FDA notes that its inspections are tied to the facility at the listed address, so a company may run other sites FDA has inspected. The page, its title and its address now use FDA's wording; the old address redirects.

503B inspection findings: the denominator stated exactly
We described the base as the facilities FDA has inspected. It is the currently registered 503B facilities with a published inspection date in FDA's table, and the sentence now says so.

GLP-1 warning letters: what a counted letter names
The count includes letters that name a GLP-1 drug or GLP-1 products: a few name no specific molecule and one names only the investigational retatrutide. The sentence and the method now say this, and that FDA posts letters weeks after they are dated, so the latest month may be incomplete. The count did not change.

FDA's 503B bulks-list comment period closed 30 July 2026
We said the comment docket on FDA's proposal to exclude semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide from the 503B bulks list closed on 29 June 2026. The period was extended once and closed on 30 July 2026; the determination is still pending.

Embody, Trimi and Ro program facts
Embody: we said it ships to all 50 states; it does not serve Louisiana, so the count is 49. We also said it had no review profile we could verify; Trustpilot rates it 3.8 of 5 from 9,145 reviews. Trimi: Trustpilot withdrew its rating, so the 2.6 score we showed was taken down. Ro: its membership is $149 a month month to month and $74 a month only on an annual prepay; we had led with the $74.

October 2026 index report: the like-for-like median
We first published the like-for-like median as $149 on all three dates. It counted one program's with-insurance offer as a cash price and took the upper of the two middle prices instead of their average. Counted correctly, the same 22 programs read $149 on 23 August, $159 on 13 September and $154 on 2 October. The report carries the correction at the top; its finding on up-front plan lengths did not change.
- Method change
A new, longer plan is a plan-term change, not a price drop
When a seller adds a longer prepaid plan below a monthly price that did not move, the change log now lists it as a new plan term and leaves it out of the count of price changes. Sprout Health's month-to-month semaglutide stayed $149 on 4 October 2026; its $99 is a new 12-month plan.
- Method change
Only real reads of a seller's page date a price
A database push that re-stores a price we already hold no longer counts as a check, so it cannot make a price look more recently verified than it was. Every "checked" date now comes from a genuine read of the seller's own page.

Embody's $69 and $119 are 12-month rates
Embody's lowest semaglutide and tirzepatide prices, $69 and $119 a month, apply to a 12-month plan. Month to month they are $79 and $129. The board, the hero answer and the program copy now name the plan term.

Ro's Wegovy pen and MangoRx's entry price
Ro's Wegovy pen was listed at $199; that figure was a two-fill introductory offer and the standing price was $349. MangoRx's $195, read on 2 September, was a misread of its page; the price there was $299. The change log does not count the MangoRx correction as a price move.

Found's headline price was a with-insurance price
Found's $99 headline is its with-insurance price on a 12-month prepaid plan. Its cash price is $169 a month on the 12-month plan and $289 month to month, and the board now ranks it on the cash price.
