Lowest published price in each situation; each drug’s page has the dose ladder, the caps and the quote behind every cell. Medicare figures are the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge copay where the drug is on it.

Three rules every card shares

  • The $25 price needs commercial insurance that already covers the drug. The card lowers a copay; it cannot create coverage.
  • Government beneficiaries are excluded: Medicare, Medicaid, VA, TRICARE. Medicare has its own $50 GLP-1 Bridge for Wegovy, Zepbound KwikPen and Foundayo.
  • Self-pay prices run outside insurance and do not count toward your deductible.
