Fair cash price, October 2026

What a month of each product costs at the middle program when you pay month to month and prepay nothing. The median all-in monthly price, paying month to month, across every live US telehealth GLP-1 program we track that sells the product at that dose tier. Each program counts once, at its cheapest month-to-month offer. Published only where at least 3 programs price the tier.

Not published, fewer than 3 programs price it month to month: Wegovy (2), Wegovy pill (1), Zepbound (2), Mounjaro (1), Foundayo (1).

  • All-in: the advertised monthly price plus any membership fee we verified. Insurance prices are left out.
  • Each program counts once per product, at its cheapest month-to-month offer, which is its starting-dose price or its one flat price. A stated dose (for example 2 mg) becomes its own row only when 3 programs price that same dose.
  • Offers that name no brand are counted as compounded. Microdosing plans are a separate row.
  • The month is the month of our newest read; the oldest read behind the table is from October 2026.

Monthly reports

What the index did and what moved it, written once a month. Figures are frozen on the stated date; corrections are printed at the top, never made silently.

How the numbers are made

  • Read, not estimated. Every price is read from the seller’s own pricing page and dated. A program that publishes no price has no row.
  • All-in. A membership fee is added to the advertised price when we have verified it.
  • Ranked on price only. We list programs we partner with and some pay us a commission. That never changes a price, a rank or a date.
  • Corrected in the open. Every correction is dated and logged, with the commit that made it.

Julian Caraulani

Founder, PriceTracker GLP-1

Built the tracker and owns its method. Speaks to prices and market structure, not clinical questions:

  • What GLP-1 telehealth programs actually charge, and how that has moved week to week
  • The gap between an advertised price and the all-in price once membership fees are counted
  • How compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide pricing compares to brand and to manufacturer-direct channels
  • How the index is built, and why it is a median rather than an average

Clinical statements on this site are reviewed by Dr. A. Goher, MD. She reviews what each medication is and what published safety information says; she does not review prices, rankings or our commercial relationships, and nothing on this page is attributed to her.

Need a cut we do not publish? Ask.

By state, by plan length, by week: if the reads support it, we will pull it, and it will carry the same licence.
