About Arbor
Arbor, run by Harbor Health Inc., is a physician-led online program for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Month to month it is up to $179 for semaglutide and $249 for tirzepatide; prepaid 3-, 6- and 12-month plans bring that down to $99 and $149 a month or less. There is no membership fee and the price does not rise with your dose. A dietitian phase follows the medication, and a 12-month results guarantee refunds the plan fees if you complete the program and do not reach your recorded target.
Pros and cons
Why people pick it
- No membership fee, and the price stays the same at every dose
- 12-month results guarantee: plan fees refunded if you complete the program and miss your recorded target
- Dietitian support after the medication phase
Worth knowing
- The lowest rates need a 12-month plan paid upfront; month to month semaglutide is $149 or $179 depending on the price set you are shown
- Once a prescription is written, payment is non-refundable, including unshipped months of a prepaid plan
- The site does not list the states it serves or name its pharmacy
Arbor at a glance
Verdict: Best for buyers ready to prepay a year for one of the lowest compounded semaglutide rates, with a results guarantee behind it. Not for you if you want to pay through insurance, or you want an FDA-approved brand drug.
