What we collect, and what we don’t

You can read every price, ranking, guide and coverage answer on this site without giving us anything. There is no account, no login, no paywall and no payment. Nothing is gated.

We collect an email address in exactly one situation: you ask us to email you when a price changes. If you never do that, we never have your email.

The alert form stores what you tell it, so the emails are about your situation:

• Your email address.
• Which medication you are tracking (semaglutide, tirzepatide, an oral option, or all).
• How you are paying: cash, insurance, or Medicare, and which insurer if you name one.
• Your state, if you give it.
• What you currently pay per month, if you give it.
• The program page you were on, if you started the form from one.

Every one of those is optional except the email. They exist so we can send you a price change that matters to you instead of a newsletter.

Because some of that describes an interest in a prescription medication, it may count as consumer health data under Washington and Nevada law. We treat it that way for everyone, not just residents of those states, and we set the specifics out separately in our consumer health data policy.

• No payment details. You never buy anything from us. We are not a pharmacy and we do not sell medication.
• No medical records, diagnoses or prescriptions. We never ask, and we have no way to receive them.
• No accounts or passwords. There is nothing to log into.
• No advertising or social media pixels. There is no Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel and no ad-network tag on this site, and your email is never sent to an advertising platform in any form, hashed or otherwise.

Two analytics tools run on this site, and both set their own cookies:

• Google Analytics 4, to see which pages get read and which do not.
• Eyepup, for the same purpose.

Neither receives your email address or the answers you gave the alert form. They see the ordinary things a web analytics tool sees: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser, and how you arrived.

We set no cookies of our own. If you use a browser or extension that blocks analytics, the site works exactly the same.

When you click through to a program, the link carries a tag naming which part of this site you clicked from, for example the board or a specific guide. That is how we learn which pages are useful and how we get paid when someone signs up.

The tag names the page, never you. It contains no identifier for you, no email and none of your alert answers. What the seller collects once you are on their site is governed by their privacy policy, not ours. Our affiliate disclosure explains the commercial relationship in full.

• Supabase hosts the database holding alert subscriptions.
• Resend sends the emails, so it holds your address to deliver them.
• Vercel serves the site and keeps ordinary server logs.
• Google and Eyepup receive analytics as described above.

We do not sell your data, and we never will. We do not share it with data brokers, advertisers, or the programs we list. Nobody can buy access to our subscriber list.

Alert subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days. Analytics data follows the providers’ own retention, which is 14 months for Google Analytics.

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link in it, or by emailing us. That stops the emails and deletes the record.
• Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to delete it, and we will, without asking why.

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and the medications it covers are prescription drugs for adults.

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who receives it, we will change the date at the top and, for anyone subscribed to alerts, say so in an email rather than quietly updating the page.
