When neither program covers your GLP-1

Patient assistance: common questions
Does Lilly Cares cover Zepbound or Mounjaro?
No. Lilly Cares lists Trulicity as its only GLP-1, in Group 1, for people with no insurance or Medicare Part D and household income at or below 300% of the federal poverty level. Zepbound and Mounjaro are not on its list.
Does Novo Nordisk's patient assistance program cover Wegovy?
No. Novo's PAP product list names Ozempic as its only GLP-1. Uninsured patients can get Ozempic through it with household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level; Medicare members with drug coverage can no longer get Ozempic through it.
What is the income limit for Novo Nordisk's patient assistance program in 2026?
For Ozempic, 200% of the federal poverty level: $31,920 a year for one person in the 48 states and DC, $66,000 for four. For Novo's other medicines it is 400%.
What is the income limit for Lilly Cares in 2026?
For Trulicity (Group 1), 300% of the federal poverty level: $47,880 for one person, $64,920 for two, $81,960 for three and $99,000 for four, from Lilly's own table.
