When you click through to some of the programs on our board and sign up, that provider pays us a commission. It costs you nothing extra, and it is how this site stays free.
What a commission never changes:
- The order. The board is ranked by verified price (or by score, if you switch the sort). Providers cannot pay to move up.
- The prices. We record the price each provider publicly advertises, with the date we checked it. Commission or no commission, the number is the number.
- Who appears. We list programs we do not earn from, including manufacturer-direct channels, when they are relevant to your cost.
We are not a pharmacy, not a telehealth provider, and not doctors. Nothing here is medical advice; GLP‑1 medications are prescription drugs, so talk to a licensed clinician.
