Two molecules carry most of this table. Semaglutide is Wegovy, Ozempic and Rybelsus; tirzepatide is Zepbound and Mounjaro. Foundayo is orforglipron, a third. The diabetes brands (Ozempic, Mounjaro, Rybelsus) and the weight brands (Wegovy, Zepbound, Foundayo) differ in approval and in what insurance will pay for, not always in the molecule. Program prices are all-in monthly, membership fees included; compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. See tirzepatide vs semaglutide and every GLP-1 pill.
