What “near me” means for a GLP-1

None of these is a clinic down the road. Each is a telehealth program: you fill in a health questionnaire, a clinician licensed in your state reviews it, and a pharmacy mails the medication to your door. What decides whether you can use one is whether it is licensed and ships in your state, which is what this page tracks. How we know who ships where

Each program’s states come from its own site and are re-read on our weekly check. A program counts as shipping to your state only when the states it names as excluded account for its whole count: a program that says “48 states” without naming the two it skips is shown as not verified everywhere, never as available. Only programs we partner with are listed, and the order is price alone.

Is there a GLP-1 program near me?

If you are in the US, almost certainly: 11 of the 22 partner programs we track ship to all 50 states. They are telehealth programs, so "near me" means "ships to my state": a licensed clinician reviews you online and a pharmacy mails the medication. Which states have the fewest GLP-1 telehealth options?

Louisiana, with 13 partner programs each on a verified state list. Several programs name these states as not served, usually because of state rules on telehealth or compounding.

Why does a program say its state list is not verified?

Some programs publish how many states they serve but not which ones (bmiMD, 48 states; DudeMeds, 46 states; TMates, 45 states; SkinnyRx, 48 states). We will not guess, so for those programs we say "not verified" for every state they do not name. Ask the program before you pay.

Do these programs ship to Washington, DC?

Our state data covers the 50 states. No program we track publishes DC separately, so DC shows every program as not verified. Check the program's own eligibility page before you pay.

How is the list ordered?

By the all-in monthly price, membership fees included, cheapest first; on a tie, the shorter commitment, then the name. Never by what a program pays us.
