If you pay month to month, SnagRx is cheaper, as of October 2026. It advertises compounded semaglutide at $69 a month and tirzepatide at $119.5 Embody's one-month prices are $79 and $129.2
On a 12-month plan they cost the same. Embody's $69 semaglutide and $119 tirzepatide are 12-month rates, paid as $828 and $1,428 at checkout.13 One caveat runs through this whole page: SnagRx does not name the plan length behind its price before the intake quiz. Our board records it as month to month. Confirm the term on the checkout screen before you pay.

The two advertise the same numbers. The difference is what each one tells you about the plan behind them before you pay: Embody's product pages name the term for every price; SnagRx's site shows the price and leaves the term to the intake.
The plan term is the whole difference
Embody sells each drug in four lengths, and the monthly rate falls the longer you commit: semaglutide is $79 for one month, $76 on three, $73 on six and $69 on twelve.12 Each longer plan is paid in full at checkout, so the 12-month rate means $828 on day one.
SnagRx headlines "Locked-In Flat Pricing for Life" and its signup steps say you pay for the first month of your prescription.56 Its FAQ also says it offers subscribe-and-save discounts for customers who agree to a subscription length, without pricing them on the page.6 So the $69 you see is the number to confirm, not assume, when the checkout screen appears.
Which should you choose
- You want to pay one month at a time for the least: SnagRx, at $69 against Embody's $79 for semaglutide, if the checkout confirms a monthly plan.
- You want the 12-month term in writing before you pay: Embody's product pages state it, at a $69 monthly rate, $828 up front.1
- You would rather cancel by email than by phone: SnagRx lists both; Embody lists phone.46
- You weigh public reviews: Embody has 9,145 on Trustpilot; SnagRx has too few for a score to mean much.78
- You live in Louisiana: neither serves the state. The board below lists who does.
