The company behind the site, the clinicians who prescribe, and the pharmacy that fills the order, each taken from SnagRx’s own pages and quoted.

Operator

SnagRx is run by Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc., listed at 1811 Silverside Road, Suite 260, Wilmington, Delaware. Support is hello@snagrx.com and (469) 459-3723.

The same company also runs Embody, which we track as a separate program. Compare them as two storefronts of one business, not as independent rivals.

Prescribers

Prescribing is done by clinicians in OpenLoop Health, which the site calls an affiliated network of medical professional corporations. An OpenLoop clinician reviews each patient after checkout.

The site names four partner pharmacies and says medication comes from US 503A compounding pharmacies. The terms add that a prescription may be moved between pharmacies.

FDA warning letters

None found. We hold every FDA warning letter that names semaglutide, tirzepatide or a GLP-1 drug, and none is addressed to SnagRx or Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc. (checked Oct 14, 2026).

LegitScript

No LegitScript seal or checker link on its site. Many legitimate sellers are not certified; this is a missing confirmation, not a mark against them.

Cancelling, refunds and the contract

What SnagRx’s own terms say, in their words, so you know the exit before you pay.

Cancelling

Cancel by emailing hello@snagrx.com, calling (469) 459-3723, or in the patient portal. The deadline differs by page: the refund policy says 72 hours before the next billing date, the terms say 5 days before the end of the prescription period, and the FAQ says month-to-month customers can cancel anytime.

Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including unused months of multi-month plans. The only exception is a provider-initiated medical disqualification, which refunds the unused part of the current term minus the value of services already rendered (consults, provider review, prescriptions, shipped medication).

Billing and contract

Plans auto-renew. Monthly plans bill every month; 3, 6 and 12 month plans are billed once up front and renew for the same length unless cancelled. Disputes go to individual JAMS arbitration under Delaware law, with a 30-day opt-out.

Plan details in the fine print

Lines in SnagRx’s terms, FAQ or checkout that change what you pay or how long you are committed. None of them is hidden, and all of them are easy to miss.

1. The headline $69/month semaglutide and $119/month tirzepatide prices are the 12-month plan rates, billed once as $828 and $1,428. Month-to-month is $99 and $149 per the terms.

2. You pay before the provider reviews you, and nothing is refunded if you never finish the intake. A medical denial refund is reduced by the value of services already used.

3. Multi-month plans renew for the same full length unless cancelled before the deadline, and a charge inside the cancellation window is non-refundable.

4. The terms allow the final charge to vary with the medication and pharmacy, and promotional pricing reverts to standard pricing after the stated period.

5. Marketing says no contracts and no monthly membership, but the terms and refund policy describe an auto-renewing subscription with full-term commitments on bundled plans.

Shipping, what is included, insurance

Shipping

Shipping is free. The FAQ says prescriptions received before 2 pm Central ship the same day by next-day UPS in a temperature-controlled package, with Friday to Sunday orders shipping Monday; another FAQ answer says pharmacies ship within 2 business days. The terms call all shipping times estimates.

Insurance and HSA/FSA

Cash pay only. The affiliated medical entities are out-of-network with all insurers, and SnagRx does not promise HSA/FSA eligibility.
