What else the video covers
She says she no longer feels very hungry and is not having trouble staying within her points on Weight Watchers, which she is following alongside the medication. In her view, 12.4 lbs is a good pace, neither too fast nor too slow, and she says she still feels motivated. She says this week's shot is her last at 5 milliliters, and that she plans to move up to 10 milliliters next week.
She also mentions that, in this third week, she had a couple of side effects. A couple of times she felt a little nauseous after eating certain foods, which she says she has heard from other people as well. At the same time, she says her appetite has dropped and she does not need to eat as much as before.
The last part of the video shows her giving herself the shot. She says the instructions tell you to find a fatty spot on your belly, and that she tries to use the same spot each time. She says she did not feel the injection. She closes by saying she will post an update next week. Everything in the video reflects her own experience and her own dose schedule.

Our guides closest to what this video covers, with prices checked weekly.
- Is Henry Meds legit? What it charges, what reviews say, and its FDA record
Yes. Henry Meds is a real telehealth company that prescribes compounded GLP-1s through licensed providers and, by its own account, fills them only at licensed US compounding pharmacies. As of October 2026 its plans start at $179 a month for compounded liraglutide or under-the-tongue semaglutide, and weekly semaglutide injections are $297 a month on its own price page. Trustpilot scores it 4.4 across 12,534 reviews, and we found no FDA warning letter naming it.
- Semaglutide side effects, and what compounding does and does not change
Semaglutide's side effects are gastrointestinal: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and constipation, worst early and after each dose increase. Those belong to the molecule, so they are the same whether it came in a Novo Nordisk pen or a compounding pharmacy's vial. What compounding changes is everything around the molecule. A compounded drug is not FDA-approved, so the finished product has not been reviewed for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality, and the FDA has said the enforcement discretion that allowed 503A pharmacies to compound semaglutide has ended. It also usually arrives as a vial and a syringe rather than a pre-set pen, which moves dose measurement to you.
- Tirzepatide vs semaglutide: the head-to-head result, and what the better one costs
They were finally tested against each other. In SURMOUNT-5, 751 adults with obesity took the maximum tolerated dose of one or the other for 72 weeks: tirzepatide lost 20.2% of body weight, semaglutide 13.7%. That gap is real and it is the whole argument for tirzepatide. The other half of the decision is the bill: compounded tirzepatide runs from $85 a month on our board against $69 for semaglutide, and the branded gap is wider still.
