Prescribers

Prescribing is done by physicians of Titan Health, P.A. (also called Titan Medical Group in the same terms and in the telemedicine consent), not by Strut. The FAQ describes them only as U.S.-licensed, board-certified physicians.

Strut says a licensed U.S. partner pharmacy fills orders but does not name it anywhere we checked. Patients may ask for the prescription to go to a pharmacy of their choice.

Not named before you pay. A named, state-licensed pharmacy is something you can look up; ask which one will fill yours.

Cancelling, refunds and the contract

What Strut Health’s own terms say, in their words, so you know the exit before you pay.

Cancelling

Cancel at least 48 hours before the next refill processes. The help center says to use the "Cancel Subscription" button in your Strut account; the terms say to email care@struthealth.com. Once a refill is processed it cannot be cancelled or refunded, and for injections the pharmacy starts filling right away.

Refunds

No returns or refunds once medication leaves the pharmacy, and no refunds for cancellations received after the pharmacy has processed the order. Items are replaced only if defective or damaged and reported within 2 weeks of delivery. No refund if the medication did not work.

Billing and contract

Every prescription is an auto-renewing subscription billed in full every 30 or 90 days until you pause or cancel. Disputes go to binding individual AAA arbitration (hearings in Dallas, Texas) with a class action waiver, under Texas law. No arbitration opt-out window was found in the terms.

Plan details in the fine print

Lines in Strut Health’s terms, FAQ or checkout that change what you pay or how long you are committed. None of them is hidden, and all of them are easy to miss.

1. The semaglutide page labels the plan Auto-Refill, and the terms bill the full amount every 30 or 90 days until you cancel.

2. Cancel requests need 48 hours notice; once a refill is processed it cannot be cancelled or refunded. A new order cannot be cancelled once the doctor approves it.

3. The site says final pricing is set after the online consultation, so the listed price is not guaranteed before approval.

Shipping, what is included, insurance

Shipping

Shipping is free and does not need a signature. Injections ship within 7 business days of approval by 2-day delivery; most first orders go 2-day FedEx and refills go USPS. No overnight shipping, no weekend shipping, and no international shipping. The FAQ says medication typically arrives within 2 business days, which is shorter than the help center's injection timeline. Cold-pack packaging is not described.

Insurance and HSA/FSA

Strut does not take insurance and does not fill out medical necessity or prior authorization forms. It accepts major credit cards, but warns HSA and FSA card charges may be rejected by the card issuer.
