Who runs TMates

The company behind the site, the clinicians who prescribe, and the pharmacy that fills the order, each taken from TMates’s own pages and quoted.

Operator

The site is run by TMates Inc. No street address is published; the terms are governed by Florida law with arbitration in Miami-Dade County.

Prescribers

TMates says it is a technology platform connecting patients with independent third-party treating providers in its network. It does not name a medical group; its doctors page says they are US-based and board-certified.

Pharmacy

TMates says compounded medications come from registered US pharmacies but does not name them, and states it is not a 503A or 503B compounding facility. Its About page describes TMates as an online pharmacy and a manufacturer, which does not match that disclaimer.

Not named before you pay. A named, state-licensed pharmacy is something you can look up; ask which one will fill yours.

FDA warning letters

None found. We hold every FDA warning letter that names semaglutide, tirzepatide or a GLP-1 drug, and none is addressed to TMates or TMates Inc. (checked Oct 13, 2026).

LegitScript

No LegitScript seal or checker link on its site. Many legitimate sellers are not certified; this is a missing confirmation, not a mark against them.

Cancelling, refunds and the contract

What TMates’s own terms say, in their words, so you know the exit before you pay.

Cancelling

The product page and FAQ say you can cancel anytime. The only written process is in the terms: email support@TMates.com to deactivate your account. No notice period before renewal is stated.

Refunds

Full refund if you cancel before the medical team reviews your history, or if you do not qualify. Once you qualify and a prescription is sent to a pharmacy, there is no refund, and any payment plan stays in place.

Billing and contract

Plans are sold as 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, with the longer plans shown as a single total ($650, $1050, $1900). The terms do not describe auto-renewal. Disputes go to binding AAA arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under Florida law, and TMates can change pricing before any future payment.

Plan details in the fine print

Lines in TMates’s terms, FAQ or checkout that change what you pay or how long you are committed. None of them is hidden, and all of them are easy to miss.

1. The 3, 6 and 12-month plans are shown as one total price ($650, $1050, $1900), and once a prescription is sent to the pharmacy there is no refund, so a long plan is a large upfront commitment.

2. If you dispute a charge with your card company, TMates says it may send the balance to collections and charge interest.

3. TMates can change its pricing before any future payment, and the terms do not promise to lock the price.

4. Bloodwork may be recommended depending on your history; the site does not say whether lab costs are included.

Shipping

Shipping is listed as free, with discreet home delivery. TMates says it ships to most states, though other pages claim all 50 states. No delivery times are given.

Insurance and HSA/FSA

The site contradicts itself: the homepage says no insurance is required and the product page promotes no confusing insurance steps, while the FAQ says TMates accepts most major insurance plans. The terms say you are personally responsible if coverage is denied. HSA/FSA is not mentioned.
