Pharmacy

No pharmacy is named. Gala says it works with a wide network of pharmacies in all 50 states, and compounded drugs come from licensed compounding pharmacies. The terms say a third-party partner pharmacy dispenses and Gala does not handle or ship medications.

Cancelling, refunds and the contract

What Gala Health’s own terms say, in their words, so you know the exit before you pay.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time through customer service or your online account, but the request must arrive at least 72 hours before your billing date. Miss that and you are charged for the next cycle, with cancellation taking effect on the following billing date.

Billing and contract

It is a subscription: you are charged for the first month when you complete the intake form, and it renews each billing date until cancelled. The compounded GLP-1 page says its $179 price is a yearly subscription, and the FAQ ties $199 to a 3-month plan. Delaware law governs and disputes go to Delaware courts; the terms have no arbitration clause.

Lines in Gala Health’s terms, FAQ or checkout that change what you pay or how long you are committed. None of them is hidden, and all of them are easy to miss.

1. The advertised $179/month compounded price is labelled a yearly subscription on the compounded GLP-1 page, while the same page and the homepage also say cancel anytime.

Gala says the price covers the medication at all doses, provider visits, live coach sessions, the Gala app, and a care team 7 days a week, with no membership fee. The refund policy says what the single price covers may vary and can include consultations, labs, care support and 24/7 support. Dose increases and medication switches are stated as no extra cost.
