Who runs Found

The company behind the site, the clinicians who prescribe, and the pharmacy that fills the order, each taken from Found’s own pages and quoted.

Operator

Found is run by Found Health, Inc. Its terms and privacy policy give a mailing address of 215 NW 24th St, Suite 700, Miami, FL 33127.

Prescribers

Found says it does not provide medical care itself. It contracts with named medical groups: Pippen Health (California, Texas, Delaware, New Jersey), Cloud Health Medical Group (several states), and Adept Labs, Inc. d/b/a Vital with its affiliate OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC.

Pharmacy

Found does not name its pharmacy. The compounded semaglutide page says it uses licensed 503A compounding pharmacies in the US, while the help center says it uses 503A and 503B pharmacies. Compounded GLP-1s can only be filled through Found's partner pharmacies, not your local one.

Not named before you pay. A named, state-licensed pharmacy is something you can look up; ask which one will fill yours.

None found. We hold every FDA warning letter that names semaglutide, tirzepatide or a GLP-1 drug, and none is addressed to Found or Found Health, Inc. (checked Oct 13, 2026).

No LegitScript seal or checker link on its site. Many legitimate sellers are not certified; this is a missing confirmation, not a mark against them.

Cancelling, refunds and the contract

What Found’s own terms say, in their words, so you know the exit before you pay.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time with the Cancel Membership link on the Account Details page in the app or portal, or by emailing support@joinfound.com; cancellation takes effect within 24 hours. Found recommends cancelling or pausing at least 48 hours before the renewal date, because renewal payments are not refunded.

Refunds

The membership fee is fully refundable only if you cancel within 3 days of purchase or before your first medical consultation. Medications and lab kits are not refundable or returnable once dispensed or shipped, copays are not refundable, and a full refund applies if a clinician disqualifies you from all treatment options. Refunds can take up to 30 days.

Billing and contract

Plans auto-renew. They are billed every 28 days on 1-month plans, every 12 weeks on 3-month, every 24 weeks on 6-month and every 48 weeks on 12-month plans. Disputes go to binding individual arbitration (AAA, in Miami or within 100 miles of you) with a class action waiver and a 30-day opt-out window; Texas law governs.

Plan details in the fine print

Lines in Found’s terms, FAQ or checkout that change what you pay or how long you are committed. None of them is hidden, and all of them are easy to miss.

1. The low first month is an intro price on the 1-month plan: with insurance it is $99 then $199 per 28 days, and cash pay is $179 then $289.

2. Billing is every 28 days, not per calendar month, so a year has 13 billing cycles on the monthly plan.

3. The insurance-track price needs a monthly video visit billed to your insurance at your copay (about $30), and copays, coinsurance and deductibles can apply on top of the plan price.

4. A $30 no-show fee is charged for a scheduled consult you miss or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

5. The membership fee stops being refundable 3 days after purchase or once your first consult happens, and renewal payments are never refunded.

6. If you cancel and come back later, you pay whatever the rates are at re-enrollment.

   “if you choose to cancel your subscription and return to the program at a later date, you will be subject to any rate increases at the time of re-enrollment.”

7. Post-claim insurance balances are charged to the card on file if not paid within 15 days, and unpaid balances can go to collections with you paying collection and attorney fees.

   “An invoice will be provided post-claim, with payment due within 15 days, at which point if payment has not been made yet, the card on file will be billed.”

8. The general terms (last updated November 13, 2024) say GLP-1s and compounded medications not covered by the subscription are billed separately, which conflicts with the newer offer terms that include compounded semaglutide in the plan price. Check which applies at checkout.

Shipping, what is included, insurance

Shipping

Shipping is listed as free on the compounded semaglutide page. Injectable compounded GLP-1s go by expedited shipping and only ship Monday to Thursday; orders processed after noon ET ship the next weekday and weekend orders ship Monday. Injectable compounded semaglutide cannot ship to Alabama, Indiana or South Carolina.

Included in the price

The compounded GLP-1 plan price covers the health assessment, provider access, the compounded medication, 1:1 health coaching, app tools and the member community. Labs are not included, and medication filled at a local pharmacy is not covered.

Insurance and HSA/FSA

Found takes insurance for the clinical visits, not for the compounded drug: compounded GLP-1 charges are treated as non-covered and you pay them yourself. It does not accept Medicare or Medicaid for this. The product page lists HSA/FSA eligibility, but the terms say subscription fees are generally not a covered benefit under HSA or FSA plans.
