The company behind the site, the clinicians who prescribe, and the pharmacy that fills the order, each taken from bmiMD’s own pages and quoted.

Operator

bmiMD is a trade name of Medccm, Inc. The terms give an Ann Arbor, Michigan mailing address (2370 E Stadium Blvd #2049) for arbitration opt-outs. BBB lists bmiMD at 420 Lexington Ave, New York, NY, with MEDCCM, Inc. as an alternate name.

Prescribers

Prescribing is done by unnamed third-party medical groups and "licensed independent providers" in your state; bmiMD calls itself a technology platform and managed services organization. Marketing pages say board-certified physicians do the consults. bmiMD's own terms say it does not confirm provider credentials.

The terms name Precision Compounding Pharmacy in Bellmore, NY as the fulfillment pharmacy and say other 503A compounding pharmacies are used depending on your state; those others are not listed. You can choose a different pharmacy.

No LegitScript seal or checker link on its site. Many legitimate sellers are not certified; this is a missing confirmation, not a mark against them.

Cancelling, refunds and the contract

What bmiMD’s own terms say, in their words, so you know the exit before you pay.

Cancelling

Cancel or pause from your account under Subscription/Billing at least 48 hours before the next billing date; the terms say to email orders@bmimd.com instead. Cancelling does not apply to orders already charged or in pharmacy processing, or to the unused part of a prepaid multi-month plan.

Refunds

Your card is only authorized at checkout and is not charged if the provider finds you ineligible. Once the pharmacy processes the order there are no refunds or returns, no refunds for partly used subscription periods, and all sales are final. Cancelling after the intake form is sent costs a non-refundable $50 fee. Order problems must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the medication.

Billing and contract

Monthly plans auto-renew every 28 days. Multi-month plans (3, 6 or 12 months) are charged upfront and auto-renew for another full cycle at the end. The terms use New York law and binding individual AAA arbitration in New York, NY (or within 100 miles of you), with a class-action waiver; you can opt out of arbitration by mail within 30 days of first agreeing.

Plan details in the fine print

Lines in bmiMD’s terms, FAQ or checkout that change what you pay or how long you are committed. None of them is hidden, and all of them are easy to miss.

1. Cancelling after you have sent the intake form costs a non-refundable $50 fee, even though product pages advertise a "100% Risk-Free Guarantee". The guarantee covers only being found ineligible.

2. The lowest advertised semaglutide price ($119 a month) is the 12-month prepaid plan; the 1-month plan is $159 a month. Prices are shown against crossed-out higher "as low as" figures.

Shipping, what is included, insurance

Shipping

Shipping is free on subscription orders. Pharmacy processing and shipping take 2 to 4 days after approval (an older help article says 5 to 7 business days from approval to delivery). Injectables ship with insulated packaging and ice packs, and injection programs ship one vial at a time even on prepaid multi-month plans.

bmiMD does not accept insurance, FSA or HSA at checkout. You can request a paid invoice to submit for reimbursement. Multi-month plans can be paid in installments through Klarna or Afterpay.

The site says its pharmacies run third-party potency, sterility, pH and endotoxin tests through FDA- and DEA-registered labs. The test cards on the homepage show "Passed" with blank Date and Lab fields.
