Included
- Every facility on FDA's 503B table as of the update date, one row per address (one company can run several).
Excluded
- State-licensed 503A pharmacies: they are not on FDA's 503B register.
- Facilities that left the register: the table lists current registrants only.
Read it with care
- Registration is a filing with FDA, not an approval of any drug or facility.
- FDA prioritizes inspections after a facility starts producing; a new registrant may not be making anything yet.
- The table does not include State Board of Pharmacy inspections or actions.
